Issue/Question
- I cannot add some people as collaborators on a survey project; they are not coming up in the directory.
- I am trying to share a survey with someone but they do not show up in Qualtrics.
Environment
- Oregon State University
- Qualtrics
Explanation
Accounts in the OSU Qualtrics instance are created when a person logs in for the first time. If they have not logged in to OSU Qualtrics yet, they won't be available to add as collaborators.
Resolution
Ask the other person to login at oregonstate.qualtrics.com.
Once they have done that, you should be able to select their username to add as a collaborator.
