MS Teams - Can't Login, Error "We've run into an issue. Please try signing out and back in."

Issue/Question

• When trying to sign into Teams, I am getting the message "We've run into an issue. Please try signing out and back in." When I try to sign back in, it gives the same message.

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Microsoft Teams

Resolution

The following steps may help resolve this issue:

1. Uninstall and reinstall Teams
2. Restart the computer
3. Clear Teams cache (links to Microsoft knowledgebase)
