  • How to log in to IPConnect

Environment

  • Web browser (any network device, including mobile)
  • Students, Academic Advisers, International Employees and other OSU Faculty and Staff

Explanation

In some cases you may encounter an error when you try to log in to IPConnect.  To resolve that problem, please follow the instructions below.

Resolution

To login to IPConnect:

  1. Log out of IP Connect if you are currently logged-in
  2. Open a Private or "Incognito" browsing window (https://www.lifewire.com/browsing-incognito-445990)
  3. Copy and paste this link into your new private/incognito window: IPConnect.oregonstate.edu (or paste a specific web form link, if you have one)
  4. Log in using your full ONID email address and password (example: smithj@oregonstate.edu)
  5. Once you are in IPConnect, use the menu to navigate to a service or E-Form.  (Don't use direct links to E-Forms)
