Issue/Question
- When a user attempts to access a Google Form that requires sign-in they receive the message "You need permission. This form can only be viewed b y users in the owner's organization"

Explanation
As of November 2022, new ONID accounts are no longer provisioned with Gmail. Users without Gmail cannot access restricted Google Forms.
Resolution
There is no workaround or resolution for the survey-taker. Steps to resolve the issue need to be taken by the survey owner.
Work-Around
The owner of the Google form can turn off the option to "Restrict to users in Oregon State University and trusted organizations."
Resolution
Use of Microsoft Forms is recommended as a replacement to Google Forms. For details, see: https://forms.office.com/
Microsoft Forms work for all OSU users on Gmail and Exchange mail.
