Hyland OnBase - Unity Client Installation

Issue/Question

  • How do I install the Unity Client for Hyland OnBase?

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • Employee
  • Windows

Explanation

While many OnBase users may be able to complete all work via the OnBase web client, some actions may require installation of the desktop client.  There is no OnBase desktop client for Mac OS.  Mac users would need to use the Web Client in their web browser or request access to the Unity Client at the apps.oregonstate.edu Citrix environment.
