Bookings - Error: "You do not have access to Bookings with me"

Issue/Question

  • When I try to sign in to Bookings, I receive the message: "ERROR: You do not have access to Bookings with me"
  • I was able to set up a Bookings calendar, but can no longer access the admin interface for it.

Environment

  • Courtesy Faculty 

Explanation

Courtesy Faculty are not licensed for Microsoft Bookings at this time.

There is a known issue where a courtesy faculty member may be able to sign in to Bookings and create a Bookings calendar, and then lose access to the admin interface for it later.

TBD. There is no resolution to this issue yet.
