Office 365 on Mobile - Installation

Explanation:

Office 365 enables you to install Microsoft 365 Apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook) on up to 5 personal devices, including mobile devices.

Requirements:

  • Have a mobile device that supports Office 365
  • Either be a student registered for at least one course in the current or a future term
    or be an employee with a current active job
  • Have an active ONID account

Steps:

  1. Go to office.cloud.oregonstate.edu and sign in with your ONID account
  2. Username: ONIDUser@oregonstate.edu
    Password: OnidPassword
  3. On the top right of the page, click the gear icon.
  4. From the drop down menu, select “Office 365 settings”
  5. Click the “software” tab
  6. On the sidebar, click “phone & tablet”
  7. Select your device from the available options
  8. Click “Get apps"

Note: You will be redirected to a webpage with information and download links for the Office applications that your device supports.
