Explanation

Caution: Microsoft Security Essentials reached end of service in January 2020. Microsoft recommends that all Windows 7 customers upgrade to Windows 10 and Windows Defender anti-virus.

Resolution

  1. Click on the ‘Update’ tab on the top left corner of the window
  2. You should now click on a large button that says ‘Update’
  3. Let the client update
