Explanation

Use the built-in reporting tools to report phish or junk mail.

Microsoft will review the message and block it for all OSU users if it is confirmed to be malicious. Microsoft will also respond to your report with an email confirming the message was Junk or Phishing.

Resolution

Outlook on the Web

1. Select the message
2. From the ribbon, select "Report"
3. Select either "Report Phishing" or "Report Junk"
   

Outlook for macOS or Windows

1. Select the message
2. In the ribbon at the tope, select "Report Message"
3. Select "Phishing"
   
4. If you don't see the "Report Message" option in the Outlook ribbon, select the down arrow on the right and switch from "Simplified Ribbon" to "Classic Ribbon."
