DocuSign - Install "Print to DocuSign" Print Driver

Resolution

Install the latest DocuSign Print Driver

You will need to have local administrator access to the computer to do the installation.

1. Visit https://support.docusign.com/en/downloads
2. Scroll down to the section for DocuSign Print Drivers.
3. Download and run the appropriate installer.
   • Select "Typical" installation type.
   • Select "Next" and "Finish."
4. The DocuSign Print Driver login page should pop up.
   1. If the login window is blank, turn off compatibility view in Internet Explorer.
5. For username, enter: username@oregonstate.edu
6. Select "Use Company Login."
7. Sign in with your ONID username and password.
