Note that for added security, you will need to use Duo two-step login when accessing your direct deposit information.

Possible Problems

• You receive the error: "You are not eligible for this service because you are either not a current enrolled student or not a current employee." This means that our records for your user profile need to be updated.

  • Employees: contact your Business Center HR.
