Qualtrics - Access Qualtrics Training

Issue/Question

• How do I start the On-demand training provided by Qualtrics?
• How do I access training for Qualtrics?

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Qualtrics 

Cause

On-demand training is on the main Basecamp Qualtrics website and it is not connected to the Oregon State Qualtrics page. You will need to sign into OSU Qualtrics before accessing the training.

Resolution

Sign in to Qualtrics Basecamp

1. In a web browser, visit https://is.oregonstate.edu/qualtrics
   1. Click Login to Qualtrics
   2. Login with your ONID account
2. Visit https://basecamp.qualtrics.com
   1. In the upper right corner select "LOG IN"
   2. From the list of sign in methods, click "Qualtrics credentials"
   3. Do not enter any credentials; instead, select "Sign in with SSO" link beneath the blue "sign in" button
   4. For Organization ID, enter: oregonstate
   5. Click "Continue"
   6. On the OSU login page, enter your username and password
   7. You should now be signed in to the Basecamp portal and have access to the training courses.
