Environment
- Oregon State University
- TeamDynamix client portal
Explanation
Normally only the requestor on a ticket can view the ticket in the client portal (https://oregonstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/).
However, if you have been added as a contact on another person's ticket, you can also view it in the client portal.
Resolution
CN LRPs can ask the Service Desk to add them as a contact on a ticket. IT Pros can also ask to be added as a contact on a ticket.
Once you have been added as a contact, follow these steps to find the ticket:
- Visit https://oregonstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/Home/
- Select "View My Requests" on the right
- Check the box next to "Include requests that I am listed as a contact on"
- Click "Search"
