Kaltura is Oregon State University's video platform. Kaltura allows for the creation of groups of users where permissions/ownership of media (video, audio, and images) can then be shared by members of that group.

- How do I share a video with an entire department?
- How do I assign a video to a group rather than specific users (useful for groups where membership regularly changes)?
Resolution
A group is a collection of users. Groups are created, updated, and deleted by the Kaltura system administrator. To have a group created or modified, contact the Kaltura administrator.
Once a group has been created and users have been added to that group, the media in question should have its permissions reassigned to the group by the original owner of the media. All members of that group will then find the media in their My Media collection.
