Library - Can't Access Link to PDF

Issue/Question

• I received an email with a link to a library article but I cannot access the link; I see the message "Error: failed to load PDF document."

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Library
• Emailed links to PDF files

Resolution

1. First, try accessing the link via a different web browser.
2. If the email with the link came from Interlibrary loan and the PDF appears to be corrupted, please contact:
   • valley.ill@oregonstate.edu.
3. If the email with the link is not from Interlibrary loan, please contact the Library Info Desk at:
   • valley.reference@oregonstate.edu
