- Why did I get an email called "Service Desk Survey Request"?

Explanation
When you contact the Service Desk, or Service Desk @ Cascades, we create a ticket to track your request. When your ticket is closed, our system may send you a survey link. Survey results are reviewed by management and are used to make improvements to our service. A manager may follow up with you about your feedback.
