MyOregonState - Sent to Logout Screen When I Click on Links

Issue/Question

  • I cannot access links in MyOregonState; I am sent directly to a logout screen.

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • Employee or Student

Cause/Explanation

This issue can occur if there is a PIN lockout on your account.

This issue can also affect direct access to Online Services (not just through MyOregonState).

Resolution

Students: Contact the Office of the Registrar to remove the PIN lockout. 

Employees: Contact Human Resources to remove the PIN lockout.

 

For assistance, contact the Service Desk.
