- I have access to a shared resource mailbox, but the online archive is missing.

Explanation
Shared resource mailboxes typically do not have an Exchange license, which limits some of their features. A license can be added to the account to resolve this issue.
Resolution
Contact the Service Desk or your IT team to request that an Exchange license be added to the shared resource account.
