Lab Computer/Computer with concurrent licensing

ArcGIS Pro
Click on the 'project' button inside your ArcGIS project
Under the 'Licensing' tab, click on 'Configure your licensing options'
In the following window, click the checkbox next to the extensions you would like to use and then click 'OK'. You will then be able to use those extensions.
Note that the license manager needs to be set too "LICENSEMANAGER.OREGONSTATE.EDU" or extenions will not have permison to be enabled.
ArcGIS Desktop
Open ArcGIS Administator.
Under the "Desktop" folder, select "Borrow/Return".
Select the number of days you would like to check-out the extension (max 30 days) and check the box next to the extension.
NOTE: With concurrnet licensing, some extensions are bundled under a different name. See
here
for the list of Solution Names and the features included.
Click "Apply".
