- I can't login to Microsoft Teams
- When I login to Microsoft Teams I see the message "You're missing out; contact your administrator"

Cause/Explanation
To login to OSU's Microsoft Teams instance, you need to be a current OSU student, employee or associate.
We have had a few users who are current students or employees but were not licensed properly for Teams. Our Office 365 administrators can correct this issue when it occurs.
Resolution
- Make sure to login with your username@oregonstate.edu (See MS Teams - How do I Login?)
- If you see a message like "You're missing out; contact your administrator" contact the Service Desk for assistance. The Service Desk will escalate the issue to the OSU Office 365 team.
