Resolution

Login to Teams via the Web

1. Visit teams.oregonstate.edu
2. Select "Log in to Teams"
3. At the Microsoft Sign-in window, enter your username@oregonstate.edu and click "Next"
   
4. On the Oregon State University login page, enter your ONID password and click "Sign in"
   
5. Sign in with Duo two-step login when prompted
6. On the "Stay signed in?" page you can choose "Yes" to reduce the number of times you have to sign in on this computer; please note that this is less secure

Microsoft Teams apps are available for Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android. See https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads to download the appropriate app.

Login to the Teams app as: username@oregonstate.edu
