Explanation
Our Teams instance is only licensed for individual ONID users. It is not possible to add a resource or departmental account as a member in Teams.
Resolution
Teams is intended primarily for internal group chat between members of a department, group, project team, or community of practice. Depending on the use case, it might make sense to use a different tool. Consult with your IT team.
