How can I get a call notification in the Avaya Soft Phone software?
Are there alternate solutions to the signal incoming calls?
I'm not hearing calls, can I have a visual notification?

Resolution
Go to the
gear icon
in the top right of the soft phone software.
select
settings
from the drop down and then
general settings
.
On the left hand side under
Device Services
go to
Preferences
.
Within the
Preferences
section on the right side window, check the box for "display alerts for incoming calls."
Lastly, save settings.
