MS Bookings - How To Restrict A Service's Availability To Specific Days
Issue/Question
How do I make a Service only available during a specific date range?
Environment
Oregon State University

MS Bookings
Resolution
Login to your Bookings Calendar page with your ONID credentials
Click on the "Services" tab on the left-side menu
Open the Service you wish to edit or createa a new Service with the "+ Add a service" blue botton at the top of the page
Edit the service settings
Navigate down to the "Online Scheduling options" section
Uncheck the "Use the default scheduling policy" option
Navigate down to the "Availability" section
Set the "General availability" to "Not bookable"
Click on the "+ Set different availability for a date range" option (see below)
Adjust the following setting (see image):
Click "Save"
