Outlook for Mac - Can't See Shared Mailboxes or Calendars in "New Outlook"

Issue/Question

• With "New Outlook" enabled in Outlook for Mac, I can no longer see shared mailboxes or shared calendars.

• Outlook for Mac

Cause/Explanation

Resolution

Microsoft has not resolved this issue at this time, and there are no work-arounds.

If you need to view a shared calendar or mailbox, please turn off "New Outlook" in the upper-right corner of the Outlook Desktop app window.
