Citrix - Can't Access MIME Desktop

Issue/Question

  • When I log into Citrix I don’t have access to the MIME EECS desktop even though I’m a MIME student.

Environment

  • Oregon State University
  • College of Engineering Student
  • Citrix Apps

Explanation

The MIME desktop in Citrix Apps is restricted to students who have created an Engineering account.

Resolution

Create an Engineering Account

  1. Visit https://teach.engr.oregonstate.edu/
  2. Select the "Create a new account" link on the login page 

Once your account has been created you should be able to access the resources available to it within a minute or two.

Install Citrix Workspace
