Account Eligibility

• Employee
  • All current OSU employees (employees with a current job) are eligible
• Student 
  • All current OSU students enrolled in a course in the current or a future term are eligible
  • All OSU students enrolled in a course in the previous two terms are eligible
• Associate
  • All current associates are eligible
• Sponsored Accounts
  • If a student or employee is not current but their ONID account has been sponsored, they will need to request Box access
