When I try to login to Mendeley's software the login process fails at the Duo step; the Duo login screen is blank. I see an error code like this: opensaml::FatalProfileException The system encountered an error at Thu Apr 28 17:22:11 2022 opensaml::FatalProfileException at (https://auth.elsevier.com/SHIRE/SAML2/POST) SAML response reported an IdP error.
This is a known issue acknowledged by the vendor. There is no fix at this time.
The work-around at this time is to use the web-based version of Mendeley.
