Contact Qualtrics Support

1. Sign in to oregonstate.qualtrics.com
   • Note: if you are not able to sign in, please contact the Service Desk for assistance.
2. On the Qualtrics site, select the question mark in the upper right corner
3. At the bottom, select "Contact Support"
4. If prompted, select "Oregon State University"
5. Select "Get technical support"
6. Select "Survey Platform & XM Directory"
7. Enter your questions via the AI chatbot; if needed, Qualtrics will arrange a phone call from there
