Exchange Email - Send As Another Address in Outlook on the Web

Issue/Question

• How do I set the "from" address in Outlook on the Web?
• How do I "send as" another address in Outlook on the Web?

Environment

• Oregon State University
• Exchange Email

Explanation

If you have access to open another Exchange mailbox, you may also have permissions to "send as" that email address. 

Resolution

In Outlook on the Web:

1. Select "New Mail" to start a new message
2. Select Options
3. Put a check next to "Show From"
4. Near the Send box, click where it shows "From: Your.Email@oregosntate.edu"
5. Select an email address from the list or select "Other email address..."
