Explanation
Duo Mobile works on mobile devices running Android and iOS, but some people choose to use custom versions of Android for privacy. Otherwise, some phones may not have normal access to the Play Store to install the Duo Mobile app normally.

Warning: Duo Mobile cannot be sideloaded on iOS; doing so would be a violation of the terms and services for Apple and the App Store usage by Duo and the end user.

Resolution
Side-load from Duo directly
- Go to Duo's side-loading help article.
- Double check the device matches the use case, and the requirements to use the side-loaded app.
- After confirming, use this link (on that page as well) to download the latest APK for Duo Mobile.

Note: Side-loaded versions of Duo Mobile will require a manual patch when a new version comes out
