Employees

For instructions on updating your name, email address, phone number or other information in directory.oregonstate.edu or the MyOregonState portal, see: https://hr.oregonstate.edu/employees/current-employees/campus-directory-profile-information-faculty-and-staff

To update employment information such as your manager, title, department, or department address, please contact HR.

Students

Students who wish to limit the information included in the online directory can do so online. Note that students cannot choose how their email address appears in the Online Directory, but they can choose not to display it.

  1. Visit my.oregonstate.edu
  2. Select "Resources"
  3. Enter: directory
  4. Select "Directory Profile"
  5. Make changes as needed and select "Submit Changes"
