ONID - Recover Forgotten Username

• Student or Employee
• ONID Account

Resolution

Review ONID Sign-Up Email

When you signed up for your ONID account, an email was sent to you that includes your ONID username.

Account Recovery Process

1. Visit onid.oregonstate.edu
2. Select "Recover my account"
3. You will need to follow the steps to change your password. After you change your password, the system will display your ONID username.

Search Online Directory

These steps require an ONID login. You can ask another person who is able to login to check the directory for you.

1. Go to http://directory.oregonstate.edu/
2. Enter the name and click "Name Search"

3. Click on the directory entry and the ONID username will be displayed.
