Ricoh Copiers - View Page Counter Information

• How do I access page counter information on a Ricoh Copier?

Cause/Explanation

Some departments may need to split printing costs to different units/indexes or other departments if it is a shared copier.  The Ricoh copiers can be configured with user codes enabled to track the different copies and prints so that the billing can be split out accordingly.

Resolution

1. Enter the Copier's IP address into the web browser
2. Bookmark the copier's WebUI for future use
3. Click Login
   • Check Keeper for username/password. 
   • Can give this info to the customer.
4. From the first screen, select System/Information > Counter Per User
   
5. Counter Information will be displayed and may also download a (CSV file format) to open in Excel.
