Explanation

These steps should be completed by an IT Pro.

Resolution

  1. Connect to the OSU network or OSU VPN
  2. Press the Windows key and enter: \\software.oregonstate.edu\utilities
  3. Enter username and password if prompted
  4. Open the NiNite Pro folder
  5. Run NiniteOne.exe
  6. On the Security Warning screen, select Run
  7. Enter your local administrator username and password when prompted
  8. To install 32-bit Java
    • Select "Java (Oracle) 8" and click Install
  9. To install 64-bit Java
    • Select "Java (Oracle) x64 8" and click Install
