CN/Cosine - Remove or Close an Account

Overview

Use this form to request an account be deprovisioned, removing access from all department resources. 

NOTE: The final status of the account depends upon the user's current affiliation with the university and the type of account they have. In some cases employee accounts will be migrated to a different team.

Audience

Departments that are supported by Customer Experience (CN and Cosine). See: list of CX-supported departments.

Request

Click the "Request Service" button, this will start a new request. Once the request is submitted you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number and a link to review your request.
