Overview
Use this form to request an ONID account for a person who is not eligible for ONID as a student, employee or associate. A current OSU employee should submit this form.
Audience
This request form is intended for individuals supported by Community Network or Cosine.
If you are not supported by Community Network or Cosine, please contact your IT support team. If you are an IT Pro, please use the IT Pro form to request a sponsored account.
Request
Click the "Request Service" button, this will start a new request. Once the request is completed you will receive a confirmation with your ticket number and a link to review your request
