Explanation
When you leave the university, your ONID account is deactivated and then deleted. When the account is deactivated, you lose access to your files on Microsoft 365. When the account is deleted, your Microsoft 365 files are permanently deleted.
Follow the steps below to save a copy of your files from Microsoft 365 before leaving the university.
