Account Deactivation and Deletion
When your account is deactivated, you will no longer be able to access your data. When the account is later deleted, your data will be permanently deleted as well. Follow the steps below to save a copy of your data before you leave OSU.
If your account is deactivated and you need temporary access to your email or files, contact the Service Desk to request temporary reactivation (note: this is only available for former students).
