About Visio and Project
Visio and Project are both available as add-on purchases for the Microsoft Office Suite.
Microsoft Visio is a diagramming and vector graphics application. This can be used to make flowcharts, org charts, and other graphics.
Microsoft Project is a project management software product. It is designed to assist a project manager in developing a schedule, assigning resources to tasks, tracking progress, managing the budget, and analyzing workloads.
Both Visio and Project have desktop clients as well as an online version. The desktop clients are Windows only, while the online version is compatible with any device that has a web browser.
Licensing Changes
Effective February 1st, 2021, we are moving away from department based licensing to individual licensing.
