Resolution

Error Message - login.oregonstate.edu

This is a known issue that is potentially caused by the 4 hour login time limit for the ONID login, which Jaspersoft uses.

To get around this, open Jaspersoft in a private or incognito window so that the ONID login will ask you to login again.

Exporting data takes you to a login window

When trying to export data from Jaspersoft the user is taken to a login window even though they already logged into Jaspersoft. The vendor found that this was being caused by the Lastpass browser extension. They noted that the impact may not be limited to only Lastpass though.

To get around this, deactivate the Lastpass extension, or any other extensions that might be causing issues, and export the data.
