Namecoach: Create Namebadge recording to use in email signatures etc.

Namecoach is a tool that allows you to record your name pronunciation so that others may listen and learn the correct pronunciation. The Namecoach Namebadge functionality also allows you to place a button for your recording directly in your email signature and other spaces where your name appears and you have edit functionality for that space.

Create/Edit OSU Namecoach Namebadge

1. Log in to your OSU Namecoach account
2. Click on the My Namebadge tab near the top-center of the webpage
3. Click the Record Your Name button to access the recording options
4. Select one of the three options (Phone, Web Recorder, or Uploader) to record your name and follow the prompts
5. Click Submit and Finish to save your recording

Add Namebadge to Email Signature

1. Log in to your OSU Namecoach account
2. Click on the My Namebadge tab near the top-center of the webpage
3. Scroll down and click on the Add Namebadge to your Email Signature tab
4. Click one of the purple boxes to copy the style of the Namebadge button/link that you want to add to your email signature:
   • Button without text
   • Button with text
   • Namebadge link
5. Navigate to your email signature settings and paste the Namebadge button/link into your email signature
6. Save your email signature settings
