Resolution

Continuing Education Courses

If you are trying to login to a continuing education course (PACE, Master Gardner, Beekeeper, etc.), please see: Canvas: Getting help with and accessing Continuing Education Courses

Note: You may need to select "Other Login Options" on the login page.

Password Expired?

  1. Please see How to Change Your ONID Password.

Make sure your credentials are correct

  1. Your ONID username generally follows the form of "LastnameFirstInitial" (e.g. if your name was Jane Doe, your username would likely be "doej" or similar).
  2. Make sure you are using the correct password and entering it correctly.

Clear your browser's cookies/cache

  • Sometimes, a browser will hold on to out-dated login information and cause problems with logging in. Clearing your browser's cookies and/or cache can sometimes solve login problems, especially if you had recently changed your information (i.e. changed your password).
