User is visiting a web link for a Kaltura video and they receive an "Access Denied" error.
Environment
Cause
Kaltura videos in MediaSpace can be restricted at the ONID level. By default, all videos uploaded into Kaltura are unpublished. If a video owner distributes a link to a video in MediaSpace without modifying the original permissions, those who click the link will get an "Access Denied" error, regardless of whether they are logged in or not.
Resolution
Kaltura videos must be published in order to be accessible by anyone other than the original owner. Refer the original content owner to instructions on how to publish Kaltura videos.
