Kaltura: Delete media from your My Media collection_migrating

This article describes how a user can delete media from their Kaltura collection.

Issue/Question

• How do I delete my video, audio, or picture in Mediaspace or Canvas?

Environment

• Oregon State
  • MediaSpace
  • Canvas

Resolution

Performing these steps in either Mediaspace or My Media within Canvas will delete the video in both locations. Deleting (rather than unpublishing) media from a Canvas Media Gallery will also delete the media from My Media.

• Visit My Media in either Canvas or MediaSpace
• Locate the trash can icon on the far right that corresponds to the media in question and click it
