Guide: Community Network Service Requests

Community Network (CN) is a contracted desktop support service offered by University Information & Technology to several departments at OSU. The Service Desk is the point-of-contact for Community Network customers.

The following resources pertain specifically to CN customers. Using the request forms on this page will expedite completion of your request. If you don't see an appropriate form, give us a call.
