Issue/Question
- I get "Session ended" errors when accessing Pearson sites from Canvas.
Environment
- Oregon State University
- Canvas
- Pearson
Cause/Explanation
This error can be caused by cookie or cache issues.
Also, this error occurs in Safari 12 and Safari 13 when accessing MyLab or Modified Mastering.
Resolution
If Using Safari
If you are on a Mac using Safari and are trying to access MyLab or Modified Mastering, use another browser such as Chrome or Firefox.
All Other Browsers
