Environment
Resolution
In certain scenarios, it may be necessary to delete submitted responses/answers from an Interactive Video Quiz so that a user may re-submit their quiz answers. This can only be done by the quiz owner and not the person who has taken the quiz. To delete these submissions:
- Visit My Media in either Canvas or MediaSpace
- Click on the quiz in question
- Choose Actions > Analytics
- Choose the Quiz Users tab
- Click the trash can icon that corresponds to the user whose responses you want deleted
