Resolution

Next Academic Year is Not Available

Most CORE reports will show the next academic year three months before the start of the next academic year. For example, if the next academic year starts on June 20 (6/20) it will be available in CORE on March 20 (3/20).

Several course reports will allow you to pull course schedules up to 9 months in advance:

Note: CORE reports will only display report parameters that have data available. For example, a course list report will only show the academic years and terms that students have registered for. If students have not registered for classes in term yet then that term will not appear in the course list reports.

Where can I find all active courses?

CORE course reports only show courses that are scheduled for the academic year and term(s) entered. Courses that are active, but not scheduled for the entered term will not show up. Unfortunately CORE does not have course reports that allow you to search for courses without entered an academic year and term.

If you would like a list of all active courses offered in the Course Catalog please submit a request using the form at https://oregonstate.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/1935/Portal/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=49875.
