Kaltura: Allow others to download your media files_migrating

Overview

Kaltura is Oregon State University's video platform. By default, only the video owner can download their video in Kaltura. However, the video owner can adjust settings to allow others to download it. A video without downloading enabled does not have a download button on the player bar (top image) and a video with downloading enabled will have a download button on the player bar (bottom image).
